Rick Plautz is a Motion Graphics Designer, a Professor of Experience Design and Art Direction students at Virginia Commonwealth University's Brand Center and a sound bath meditation leader. And he's got his eye and mind on the future. In this conversation we talk about Web 3, the next generation of the internet. We also touch on blockchain, crypto currency, NFTs, decentralization of the internet and large internet platforms, the concept of what constitutes value and social media and it's affect on emotional health primarily on young women. We also talk briefly about the sound bath meditation event Rick will be leading in Richmond at The Common House on April 9, 2022.
